Fabulous Favours from Felltarn Friends!

Every now and then something pops up that I *wish* I had known about when I was planning my own wedding. Today one of those things landed on the doormat and I just have to tell you about it because it's very relevant to a lot of my Brides and Grooms!
The lovely ladies over at Felltarn Friends have sent me a sample of their Wedding Favour Bags. (I'm not being paid in any way to endorse this product, I genuinely love it and think it's a brilliant idea!) Here's the blurb:-

'Beautifully designed, this fun collection of Lake District themed activities will keep youngsters entertained for hours.'

I can confirm they are beautifully designed and the quality of everything from the paperstock to the cotton bag is fantastic!
They are perfectly sized to fit in between a knife and fork (no accident I'm sure) and you could use them to mark out a child's place setting if you personalised the little animal tag that's attached. The colours are neutral enough to fit in with your wedding table scape and the bag is absolutely bursting with things to keep little ones occupied during dinner or speeches with minimal supervision.

There are two different designs to choose from for the front of your bag, one features a lovely sailing boat and the other is a tree with love heart petals, so they could be gender specific but the contents of the bag and the animal tag are neutral. They're an activity and a keepsake! And with a lot of my couples coming from outside the Lakes to get married in the gorgeous surroundings, what a fantastic Lake District themed souvenir for their little guests!

I provided activity bags for the children who were guests at my own wedding and trying to find things that were appropriate for a mix of ages and both genders, would not spoil a meal, would not look hideous on my tables and would keep them occupied without creating too much noise during the all-important speeches was pretty hard work! I wish I had found these six months ago.

The designs also mean they're not only suitable for weddings but any party. I would absolutely LOVE for my child to receive one of these as a Birthday party bag instead of the usual sweet-and-pound-toy-filled plastic bag. And the best thing is, they're no more expensive!

To get yours go to www.felltarn.co.uk The full contents list and all prices are on there as well as the rest of the wonderful Felltarn Friends collection. And if you do order after seeing this, tell them I sent you : ) x
