Mr & Mrs Montgomery

There's no getting away from the fact that I'm embarassingly behind with blogging my weddings. The year is splashed all over these images in Ian's watermark so it's plain to see we're three years on from Rebecca and Lyndon's big day. Oops! When I started out with blogging I made sure to post all my weddings and shoots in chronological order so it feels right to carry on with that and to be perfectly honest, all my weddings are totally still relevant! Plus I think it's lovely to have your wedding pop up again a couple of years down the line when everything is back to normal and to be able to relive the memories with a bit of whistful nostalgia attached. Call it a 'throwback' if you will, and enjoy...

Naomi and Pete, A Cheshire Wedding!

Naomi and Pete were married on a glorious July day at Rowton Hall Country House Hotel in Cheshire and I was absolutely thrilled to be asked to do Naomi's make-up.
This Wedding actually featured in the Lancashire and Cheshire Edition of 'Bride' magazine so another one in print for me!

Our Wedding

A bit of a personal one today, as it's my Wedding Anniversary!

It feels a little bit self-indulgent choosing pictures of yourself at your own wedding to plaster all over the blog you write on your own website but bear with me! I do get asked time and time again a) Who did my make-up for my own wedding day.

Claire and Paul x

I don't even know where to start with this one. This wedding and the people in it mean a lot to me. I have worked with the Bride, Claire for around ten years maybe?? She's my boss at Topshop where I also work with her Best Friend Josephine. I went to school with Claire's Sister Lisa, so we've been friends since I was around 11 years old, and because of this I also know youngest Sister Beth and now Groom's Sister, Hannah. Not to mention the rest of the family!

Spring has Sprung! Kelly and Dean's Big Day.

Spring is just around the corner. I can almost feel it. Which brings me very neatly on to Kelly and Dean's stunning wedding at The Plough, Lupton! The most perfectly colour-coordinated day, from the hessian-wrapped jars of sunshine yellow ranunculus to the sweet treat pastel mini-eggs against a backdrop of pale yellow and dove grey tissue paper pom-poms. Step into Springtime and swoon over this sunshine extravaganza with me...
